We inspect the slab, check subgrade conditions, measure offsets, and look for drainage or soil issues. Our estimate is itemized and no-surprise, and we explain recommended fixes and alternatives.

Personalized Plan

Every job gets a tailored plan: lift only, grind only, seal only, or a combination. We show you what to expect, timeline, and cost so you can choose the best option.

Execution Day

We protect surrounding landscaping, drill small access holes for lifts, perform grinding if needed, and seal cracks with professional-grade silicone. Most residential jobs finish the same day.
